Baby Growing & Pregnancy Recap Ramblings

First, I have 2 giveaways going on for awesome products! You can enter the Knot Genie Giveaway over at My Yellow Sandbox! You can enter the awesome OOFOS footwear giveaway here!
I've decided to do a little baby belly & pregnancy recap...Baby should be here any day. We actually thought he was going to come this weekend... but I guess today I'm glad that he hasn't arrived yet so that I can write this post!Pregnancy is great. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. It's a blessing and a gift from God. My entire pregnancy has been pretty easy.
The first trimester (0-12 weeks) I experienced a few nauseous moments but only when I hadn't eaten every hour or two. I soon learned that as long as I was snacking all day, I was fine. The only other issues I experienced during the first trimester were really bad headaches. Drinking a lot of water helped that. And of course, being tired was a first trimester experience. To be fair, I was working a 20 hour a week internship at a hospital, taking 5 graduate school classes, cooking dinner every night, doing laundry and keeping the house clean with some help from my wonderful husband! Oh and running to the bathroom thing is something that goes on ALL of pregnancy but you get used to it. Honestly, the first trimester was really not bad at all, just a few small random hiccups here and there.(Numbers are in weeks)
The second trimester (12-24 weeks) for me, didn't really start until 16 weeks. Everyone tells you that at 12 weeks when you are starting to enter your second trimester, the headaches, nausea and tired-ness will subside. Well it didn't for me until week 16. I remember this clearly because I spoke to some of the moms at my hubs school and we were all laughing about it.
But when week 16 hit, it was smooooth sailing. I felt good good good. really no problems and certainly the easiest part of pregnancy. The second trimester was pretty cool too because you start feeling little flutters, baby kicks and you get to learn the sex of your baby, if you choose to do so. I wish I would've written all the feelings I experienced through out pregnancy before now. I guess I've shared some here and there on the little blog of mine but never this detailed. We decided we wanted to know the sex of the baby, not because it mattered but that way we could pick out particular clothes etc. I had this intuition that it was a boy. Noland had no idea. When I would ask him, he would say "Well, it's a 50% chance." I guess he didn't feel a particular pull towards a certain sex. I would have been just as happy with a girl but I just had this feeling it was a boy. And I kinda wanted a little boy too because Noland & I both grew up with an older brother. I know we both wanted an older brother for our future youngins. It's just nice to have an older brother always on the look out. I just know Noland Jr. is going to be a great older brother one day.
Anyways, our ultrasound where we found out the sex of the baby was soo funny. The sonographer was around the baby's private area and you could clearly see that it was, indeed, a male. She didn't say anything though. Noland & I just looked at each other and made googly eyes. We didn't want to say "IT's A BOY." and then it not be... so finally, I asked. And she said, "Yup, it's a boy!" Rejoicing all around because we already knew what his name was, where we were having a difficult time with girl name ideas. He's going to carry on the family name of Noland, which has apparently been in the family for a long time. And I love that it is not common too! The only hard part about the second trimester is towards the end, I started feeling some back pain. Exercise is important. Summer is good and bad with pregnancy. It's good to be pregnant during summer because you can go float in the POOL and that takes some pressure off your back, legs etc. But pregnancy during summer can be tough too...because when you want to go outside, it's boiling hot. We would go walk around the mall for exercise. window shopping. The third trimester (29-40 weeks) has been the most difficult but it still hasn't been too hard... of course, I haven't delivered yet so my tone could change. The bathroom runs are still constant and I thirst for water like I've never thirsted before. I had to start taking iron supplements because the doctor said I could become a little anemic, which is why I crave ice like constantly. Back pain and legs are sore. Luckily, I have a great husband who will give me back rubs. He's been mastering the art of a massage. I make him put lotion on my back, it helps him to be gentle lol. Sometime I just tell him to punch it because my back muscles are so tight. Also, warm showers and baths are magical. Pools are great too. Just to float in a pool is something I could enjoy all day. Feet and hands are a little swollen but not overly so. My wedding ring doesn't really fit but I've been wearing it on a necklace. Shoes are all pretty tight. I bought a pair of flip flops as well was given a pair of OOFOS to review...that have been so comfy to wear! But, every day I get to feel the little guy kick and continue to grow. Towards the end of the third semester, you start going to the doctor every week, which is exciting because you get to hear his heart beat. For a woman who worries a lot, that is reassuring that everything is good. The other thing I noticed... when you use a public bathroom. You know the ones where the doors open inward. That must have been designed by a man. You have to back into the toilet to get out normally. Well with a pregnant belly, I feel like I'm a ninja as I try to get out of that stall... Now, if I have to go in public, I try to use the handi-cap bathrooms just to avoid the inward doors! The worst part about the third trimester is the anticipation, especially since it's my first baby. I haven't really felt what a contraction feels like and it's probably different with every person. The past few weeks I've just been a little busy with nesting, packing the hospital bag, putting the car seat in, getting his room ready, washing all his little clothes... and now I feel like I'm finally ready for him to come. God & him must be having daily meetings about teaching me patience because he's taking his sweet time.Last appointment, I was told he's dropped and is head down. I am 3cm dialated and 70% effaced so he could be here anytime. But I'm excited to see his sweet face and know all the little difficult things about pregnancy will be well worth it when Noland & I get to see his sweet face. It could be today or tomorrow or any day now! If your awaiting his arrival too, I'll keep you posted,  just like my facebook page.
Anyways, that's my little recap. Pretty long but it's been awhile and I had a lot to say. Hopefully, we'll all get to see this little boy soon!

Hey Everyone! Special treat for you today!
Meet another wonderful sponsor! Katlyn from The Dreamy Meadow!
Show her some love and stop by her blog !
-----
Hey It's Just Spicy readers! My name is Katlyn and I blog over at The Dreamy Meadow, a lifestyle blog about everything I love! That includes my son Bentley, my husband, crafting, and trying to stay out of chaos.I originally started blogging as a way of staying in contact with family once I got married and moved across the country as well as having an outlet for where I talk about the struggles that I go through. That being said, it can get a little heavy sometimes. I believe that honesty is the best way of going about things when you're in the blogging world. Yes, I know that everyone wants to think that everything is rainbows and puppies but let's get real! I tell it how it is and how I'm feeling at the time. You can see a bit about that here if you'd like to have an insight.
I feel that in the community we are blessed with a voice, and why not use that voice to try and help and spread awareness? I tell my stories not because I want people to feel sorry for me or to gain followers. I do it because if there is someone out there who is or went through something similar in their life, they know that they are not alone and that they can reach out and talk about it. Writing is an excellent way to get out emotions and stress. And talking is a vital part of surviving in this chaotic life.
On a lighter note, I will be celebrating my 1 year Blogiversary in October!! There's going to be a party, educational guest posts, and a reader appreciation giveaway!! Come check out my blog and let me know if you'd like to be part of it!!
Hope you all have a fantastic day! Come say hi if you get the chance! :)

Directions: Preheat the oven to 425.Wash & Chop up some red potatoes. You can cut them into chunks like I did or you can cut them into wedges if you would like them more like fries! Then put them in a bowl and pour about 2-3 tablespoons of Olive Oil & Honey. Pour some salt on them too and mix it around well!
Dump your bowl of potato goodness onto a tray and place in the over for about 20-30 minutes. They should be pretty crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Make sure you check them and flip over half way through. Now Enjoy! 'Cause these are a new favorite in our house.. Yummy! That's all for now! Thanks for stoppin by!

40 weeks & Insta-Updates

Here I am! And Yup, today is 40 weeks! We have reached baby boy's due date. I feel a little bit like I'm about to pop. Hahaha & yes, I am brushing my teeth. Noland & I were preparing to go to the mall and walk until this little guy arrived. Here is another picture of the belly. Very excited for baby boy's arrival. Yet, a little scared of labor and delivery. Then again, lots of people do it everyday and many have multiple kids so hopefully it won't be too bad. Can't wait to share my birth story with all of you. I've been reading lots of birth stories lately in blog-land.. and I pray that mine is one that is more easy-going than some others that I have read.Noland & I can not wait to meet baby Noland Jr... We know that the second he enters into the world, our whole lives will be changed forever. I feel like it has been a long 9 months or 40 weeks of preparation. We have enjoyed growing closer together in relationship with one another and are excited to add a sweet new addition to our small family. Can't wait just to see his sweet little toes and tiny fingers!
While Noland & I were out and about, walking at one of the malls near our house. It was about to rain but we caught a glimpse of a beautiful rainbow. Check it.I didn't get a picture of the whole rainbow but it was the first time I've ever seen the full bow... from one side to the next. After a few days of sitting at home and waiting on baby boy to arrive, this small little sign made me smile and know that he will arrive in God's timing. So here's to you, little man! Hope to see you soon. That's all for today! xoxo. Jen

Natural Skincare

Lately chemicals in skincare and make up have been in the news.  I live a hybrid lifestyle as far as the "green" products I buy, and the more mainstream ones that are also used on a daily basis.  Since I found out I was pregnant I have begun the switch to more natural options for make up and skincare for my health, and the health of my baby.  During this journey I have often found that the natural products are working better then their predecessors.

The simplest way to make the switch is to start shopping for your skincare and make up at a health food store or grocery store like Whole Foods.  I like this option because I am able to still try out testers, and read the ingredients and labels on the products that I buy.  There is also usually someone in store who can answer any questions that I may have.

If you are shopping on the internet I have found that Amazon has a great selection of natural skincare and makeup products, and enjoy reading the customer reviews before I make a purchase.  I often start with a website like EWG.org and search by the product I need to purchase.  They rate products on a scale of 1-10 as far as the safety of ingredients.  A score of 1-2 gets a green label, and I read descriptions and chose a product from that section of the list.  This website is also a great resource for finding out how safe products you already own are.

I believe in making small changes in my lifestyle, and this one has been a positive so far.  Maybe some of the products made with modern chemicals aren't really that bad for you, but with so many natural options out there it is easy, and affordable to make the switch just in case.

Cleaning Produce

To contact us Click HERE
I buy organic when I can, but when organic is not available I buy produce that has been sprayed with pesticides before it reaches my dinner table so a thorough cleaning is necessary.  Here are some tips I have learned along the way to make sure my food is as clean as possible before reaching my stomach.

  • For foods like lettuce with an outer shell, I simply discard the outside layer, and then do my cleaning to ensure extra cleanliness.

  • Simple solutions of vinegar & water or hydrogen peroxide & water that you may already have around the house work just as well as commercial produce cleaners to get your fruits and vegetables clean.

  • Don't forget to wash your hands before and after cleaning produce.

  • Start with a freshly cleaned countertop or cutting board when preparing food.

  • Always cut out and discard bruised or damaged areas where bacteria can grow.

  • Use slightly warm water when washing your produce.  You can use a sprayer for more delicate items.

  • Even if you plan to peel or cut the skin off an item make sure to wash it first so the knife or peeler does not transfer bacteria from the outside surface.

  • Scrub firm items with a produce brush.

  • If you have the cash there are high tech sanitizing machines out there like the Lotus that you can try -- I like to stick with the more budget friendly options in my household though!

This weeks guest blog post was written by Charity of Sweets by Charity.  Her blog blossoms with delicious food related articles.  I have a particular soft spot for local food making one of my favorite articles : 5 Star Food From a Filling Station where Charity interviews Chef Point Cafe, Franson Nwaeze.  Her post is below, and make sure to stop by the blog and tell her hello!

Food Blogger Friday Sweets by CharityAuthor : Charity
Many of my favorite memories growing up happened in the kitchen: the first time I made sourdough bread with my grandmother, making Christmas sugar cookies with my cousins, getting busted by my mother in grade school for using the oven to make cupcakes when she wasn’t at home. Years later, I’m the first one to make cupcakes for a birthday, I always come to meetings armed with baked goods, and I truly believe that a great dessert is the easiest way to put a smile on someone’s face. I have always dreamed of opening a bakery one day.  Writing this blog is my way of getting started early on that dream, and combines two of my favorite activities, writing and baking.  I am currently a Graduate Student at the University of Florida, pursuing a Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication.  Since starting Grad school last August, I found that it’s a bit more stressful at times I thought it would be. Okay, it’s a lot more stressful than I thought it would be.   For me, baking is the perfect stress therapy and a great way to bring a little calm to the craziness that is my life.
I have never claimed to be a baking expert, but I do love making simple and fun, but unique and beautiful sweets, and let’s face it... I’m a broke college kid, so I do it all on a budget. Although I’m obviously not a health food blogger,  I do love to show my readers how to satisfy their sweet tooth without sacrificing their diet... everyone should be able to have their cake and still fit into their skinny jeans.  I have so much fun sharing my tips and tricks with readers, and I love seeing how they take my recipes and make them their own!  Right now I’m just having fun with my blog, and sharing my baking adventures with my readers.  Who knows where it will lead in the future?
One thing you should know about me, is that I am 99% indecisive, 100% of the time.  Asking me to pick my favorite food would be like asking me to pick my favorite child... that is, if I had any children, but you get the idea.  Growing  up, I could answer that question with zero hesitation: “rocky road ice cream”.  I was eight, my life revolved around ice cream.  While rocky road still makes the top ten on my list of favorite foods, my palate has slightly matured, but not much.  When narrowing down my favorite food, I can at least get it down to a genre.  Being a native Texas girl, I love a good steak, and I adore great barbeque: ribs, pulled pork, potato salad, cole slaw, and ooooooh the peach cobbler.  Give me a good barbeque dinner, and all is well with the world.
5 Favorite Things:

I’m new to the blogging world, but a few of the posts I’ve written so far stand out as my favorites.

1. Low Calorie Blackberry Lemon Tart
Everything tastes better out of a martini glass... that’s the theme behind this delicious, low calorie blackberry lemon tart!
2. Mock Apple PieEver had a problem getting in your daily serving of vegetables?  Maybe you have some picky eaters in your household who turn their nose up at anything green? This secret ingredient apple pie is the perfect solution to your problem!
3. Peachberry Dump Cake
Okay so it’s definitely not healthy, but it’s my absolute favorite easy dessert fix.  This five ingredient Peachberry Dump Cake is to die for I love looking around the web at other food blogs to gather ideas and get inspired.

These two sites round out my 5 Favorite Things:

4. One of my favorite baking bloggers is Baker Bettie. She recently made the switch to all-natural baking and offers some great recipes and suggestions for baking and treating your body right. Plus, her photography looks good enough to eat!

5. I love Hungry Girl!  If you haven’t already been following Hungry Girl (I used to live by the Hungry Girl 200 Under 200 recipe book),  she is the queen of low calorie substitutions for your favorite comfort foods.  Whether she’s using pumpkin in place of the high calorie oil and eggs in her baked goods, or using Fiber One cereal as a faux-fry coating, Lisa Lillien, AKA Hungry Girl, is where I turn to for low calorie baking inspiration.

Starting my blog has been such a fun and wonderful experience; I’ve been trying new things, meeting new friends, and finding delicious ways to alleviate stress.  I hope that you’ll follow along with me as I continue on my blogging journey, sharing my baking adventures every step of the way.  If you have a recipe request, suggestion, or just want to chat, send me an email at sweetsbycharity@gmail.com.You can also follow me on Twitter - @charityhitt , or on Flickr- sweetsbycharity,  and of course I hope you will check out my blog and follow me at http://sweetsbycharity.com.

Natural Bug Repellents

To contact us Click HERE

As spring time sets in and I go on amazing adventures with my husband in the outdoors I know that soon I will be faced with complaints and a sad face.  We live in the south, and there are bugs.  Bugs love my husband.  We love the outdoors.  All this does not mix well at times.

With a baby on the way hardcore bug spray is out of the question so we decided to come up with some natural, safer alternatives to help us enjoy the outdoors during this long southern buggy season.

DIY Essential Oil Bug Spray

3 tbsp Filtered Water
3 tbsp Rubbing Alcohol 99%
7 Drops Citronella Oil
4 Drops Eucalyptus Oil
4 Drops Lavender Oil
2 Drops Lemongrass Oil

Mix ingredients in a spray bottle, and don't forget to shake before each use!

5 Natural Options for Bug Repellents

  1. Burt's Bees Herbal Insect Repellent - Burt's Bees is a great source for natural products, and can be found online as well as in many retail locations.  It contains Rosemary, Lemongrass and 10 other essential oils to ward off bugs.
  2. California Baby Citronella Bug Repellent Spray - This spray can be used for newborns and older children, and contains a combination of essential oils gathered from sustainable sources.  Another good feature of this product is that is also soothes existing bites!
  3. All Terrain Kids Herbal Amor Natural Insect Repellent - This combination of essential oils boasts that it lasts up to 4 hours protecting you against pesky bugs.  It is made for outdoor enthusiasts, and reviews state that it works well, but has a strong smell.
  4. Bug Away Disposable Table Cloth with All Natural Insect Repellent - I love this product for picnics.  It is a natural way to ward away bugs that no one even realizes you are using.  A great alternative to candles and sprays.  It is safe for food and includes only ingredients that are FDA approved for food handling.
  5. Green Fire Massage Oil and Insect Repellant Candle - I love massage oil candles, and think this is a wonderful alternative to the chemical laden candles you find in stores.  It is scented with lemon, eucalyptus and lavender for a romantic evening on the porch.  This is a safe, environmentally friendly, clean burning candle.  See also my blog post about candles here.
What solutions do you use for scaring away pesky bugs in the summer months?  Comments are always welcome!

Big News ... We're Moving!  Not me personally, but the blog.

I have been writing at {cupcakes & cucumbers} as a side project to my main website at Brooke Photo Studio for almost a year now.  It has been sort of an experiment, and creative outlet for me to share some of the ideas behind my imagery.

What I have found is that moving the blog away from the main website has resulted in a "prettier" format, but has some drawbacks.  First it is more convenient to visit one website for business, blog and combination visitors, and second having the blog in its own home has allowed me to stray from my original intentions.

So I am moving the blog back to Brooke Photo Studio.  The topics, and stories you enjoy will continue, just in a different spot.  I hope you will visit me over there and say hello!  If you are a fan on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or Linky Followers your connection will remain the same.  If you follow via Networked Blogs, RSS, or email please update your subscription.

Best,
Brooke

Usable Decoration

To contact us Click HERE
I've really been trying to make my house {kitchen mainly} have decorations that are functional. Like things I use on a regular basis. I don't have a huge kitchen, although my 7 foot table does fit nicely in the middle. I describe it to a large bed in a single wide trailer, it fits...but you're walking around it if you need to get to the other side of the room.Or like the baby you can take the adventure and just climb over...why not.
That's all of my kitchen cabinets right there....seriously not enough.

I love ikea for that reason. They make products for people who live in small places, they make decoration be functional, they make it work. I don't have many, really any kitchen cabinets. So I have to make something work without walking into the laundry room every time I need something. Although most of my food is stored above the washer/dryer in the laundry room.
Hanging at the top is 2 of the metal trivets, and below is a basket with my soap.

I've wanted a metal knife rack for a while now. I searched and searched, but there wasn't anything out there like I wanted, and could do myself. I knew ikea had the plain metal strip....but comeon...my kitchen doesn't fit that decor.
So, this is what the hubs and I came up with. It's the metal knife rack from ikea, then we took an old wood fence piece and cut a hole in it. We {he} added washers behind the screws to make the metal part be the same height as the wood, and just screwed the knife rack to the wall. The wood is basically wedged/floating around the knife rack. I can't decided if I want to paint it white or teal...or just leave it alone. Your thoughts would be lovely!

The spice rack is cd crates from Joanns and an old crate I found at salvation army. They're all painted white to match.
The counters basically have to stay bare, because there isn't much counter space really. The dish strainer is almost always out, because we don't have a dish washer, and that is necessary. But the space that I'm saving by having 2 knife blocks gone from the counter is AWESOME! Just awesome I'm telling you!
Yes someday I might find more big empty frames to finish out that wall in the living room...until then the 2 I have will just work.

I'd love to not have my mixer on the counter always, but it doesn't fit anywhere else. It does fit into the decor though. The crock-pot in the background isn't always there, I'm actually using it right now.
The baskets on the top shelf of the buffet are old letter baskets I picked up at Salvation army for about $1 each. The ones on the bottom I found at Marshalls on clearance. I was storing chips and snacks in the empty one but the baby decided that he could feed himself whenever he wanted and there were always chips on the ground. So I put a stop to that.

Happy Birthday September!

To contact us Click HERE
Yeah, you read that right. September is birthday month in this family. With 3/5 of the family having birthdays, it just kind of has to happen. Although I really do hope at some point mine will be forgotten. Although I'm thinking it's not going to anytime soon.

This is the LAST year I will be aging.
Did everyone hear that? I'll say it again a little louder just incase...
This is the LAST year I will be aging.

Okay, now that we got that out of the way, yes this year I will turn 29.

Nathan always tells me that when he's all done with 3 he will be 4. So with that logic, I will never be all done with 29.

This photo was taken one year ago this weekend. We're actually going here again this weekend too! It's been our family vacation spot all year. I love this place. I cannot believe how big these boys are getting. I cannot believe that I have a first grader. That my boys are getting so big, it seems like just yesterday they entered the world {early}.

Okay the weird birthday story.

So my birthday is on the 6th of September.

My oldest, Samuel, was born on the 7th. No he wasn't planned for that day. His actual due date was October 22. He was 7 weeks early, and spent 3 weeks in the NICU after an emergency c-section. There was nothing wrong, I just went into labor and he was breech. God was in total 100% control the entire time.

Next came Nathan, he was born on the 8th. No, he wasn't planned for that day either. His actual due date was September 30. After having one early I thought for sure Nathan would arrive much earlier than he did. I actually went to the hospital many times ready to have him. Then it came close to the birthdays and I thought, he needs to wait. I remember posting on facebook the night of the 7th that I would not leave the house until I was in labor {in the cranky over pregnant lady voice---see I'd already been pregnant 4 weeks longer than the last time}. I left the house not even 8 hours later for the hospital! See miracles do happen!

Then Jonah...poor Jonah, his birthday is in April. I really tried for a February baby so the hubs had someone to share his month with, but he was a little late.

So happy birthday September babies!

I'm tired of being fake, of pretending life is just a bowl of cherries and everything is wonderful. But let's not take it to the other extreme either, lets not complain about anything and everything.
Yes, life is not wonderful all 86400 seconds of the day, but life is not terrible all of that time either.
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord
Psalm 150:6
Ya know what? That's me. That's you. That's everyone. THAT is what we should be doing. Not complaining, arguing, being bitter, fake, trying to hide our fears or sorrows. We should be praising God. There is always something to praise Him about. Always.
I signed up for the Loves & Envelopes birthday club over at Marine Parents earlier this year. I've always sent off my cards with sweet notes to help someone have a great day. I got my first card the other day. I was astonished how outspoken a 16 year old girl was about her faith in Christ. I've read over her blog, and just amazed how everything she talks about on her blog shows God's love. I was convicted that I didn't share God's love with all of the girls I've sent cards to. That I  missed all of those opportunities to point others to God.

I don't want to be like that any more. I don't want other peoples opinions to alter the way that I act. I no longer want to be caught up in what others think and care about me to control me. I've done it far too long. I'm sure there are many many opportunities that I have missed because I didn't speak up when I should have. I didn't say what God was telling me to pass on.

This past month my husband and I read through the entire book of Psalms. We sat each night and read 5 chapters for 30 days. It was eye opening. It was wonderful. It was something that in our 8 years of marriage we've never done, but now I look forward to each night sitting and reading together. It's amazing what transformation that can come when we give our attention to God. When we sit and read His word, and listen to what he has to tell us.

It started little by little at the beginning of the summer. I dumped all of my social media, I quit wasting time on the computer. I sat down to do work and went on my merry way. I started managing my time around the house better, my sewing time as well. Things started to fall into place, but something was still missing. My quiet time with God, my individual Bible reading. I started to keep up better spending alone time with God daily, and then reading with my husband as well. Yes it seems like a lot, but the comparison of what He has given me, I'm barely giving Him an hour a day. I should be giving Him more.

Things are definitely changing around here, God is moving. Things I held resistance towards I'm slowly letting go. I'm giving up the control. I've always told my husband that I will submit to him in what he wants our family to do and where to go, but I've always given resistance of some sort. I've never given full control. I need to. When I do I see how blessed we are as a family, I see what God does for us. I see the rewards.

Please stay around, see where God takes us and prepares us for over this next year. I don't know what it will be. I just know that He is preparing us for something. To go somewhere.

But You, O, the Lord, deal kindly with me for Your name’s sake; Because Your lovingkindness is good, deliver me. Psalm 109:21

Happy Birthday....to me!

Okay, so maybe that is a little selfish.
But look what arrived...just in time for my birthday!

They actually came yesterday. Right after I only had one new order that was missing a product label too!
Isn't God wonderful?

So the new labels will be a bit different than the old ones. The old ones were teal and a long strip that I sewed on the top of the rolls. I really didn't like how it interfered with the patterns on the fabric. Plus I've changed my domain to be www.PaperFromHeaven.com {it takes you right to my etsy shop!} So a much simpler wording will work great. These will be a tab style that sits right off the edge of the rolls. One side will read "PaperFromHeaven" and the other "dotcom" Yeah, I know not very flashy or fancy, but it serves the purpose of remembering where you ordered your great crayon and pencil rolls!
